29th August,2015,3 p.m.,west campus of Anqing Foreign Language School,2015-2016 1st semester pre-job training was held as scheduled,hosted by Principal Assistant Lu Dan.School leaders attending include Principal Xu Xuchang and other directors.
In the first place,Director Zhang Li,in charge of Teaching Affair Office,delivered a speech in which she won unanimous affirmation from each teacher with her enthusiastic lecture.In the meantime,in accordance with characteristics of this term,she demanded that all staff should strengthen professional ethics and form first-class behavioral habits to lay an outstanding foundation for later school life.Furthermore,she proposed the concept of Four Integrations in that she expected all teachers would prepare lessons earnestly beforehand,perform teaching jobs effectively and supervise each student to master knowledge points after class.
In the second place,Principal Xu emphasized that all members were supposed to enhance exchange and learning abilities and develop congregate strength to create further glories for Anqing Foreign Language School!
